I've been playing all morning. I've done 3 of the vanguard strikes. I'm level 24 and still can't get any legendary stuff. Everytnig I get is below what I have. Getting a little frustrated. I'm doing everything on 20 and up. Where does the legendary stuff drop?

4 RepliesHave you purchased the Vanguard equipment (armor mainly)? That's a good point to start at fir leveling purposes.
