I just started seeing this error today when I tried to update. Haven't been able to download >66% of the update. I tried uninstalling, hard resets and resetting my router, none of which worked. I'm super disappointed after seeing others have no trouble logging on; not being able to level up with my friends further added to my frustration and now I'm left writing in a Bungie forum.
