when is a christmas noob no longer a Christmas noob?
Is it after their first raid?
Just to clarify I have had this game since release(a few weeks after) so I am not a Christmas noob.

8 RepliesOk so I got the game a week after release also but I only had a 3 month membership to ps plus so I got to level 28 and have 1 exotic but haven't done a raid cause I don't have friends so am I a Christmas noob? ( now I can play because I have ps plus)

my question to you is why do you care? anyone who would bother calling you this is not worth your time. If you enjoy the game, keep playing and don't care what labels others want to put on you.

Your Destiny-Virgin eyes haven't witnessed how to truly loot cave and grind. You probably didn't know that legendaries used to gives blues 99% of the time, or that you had to grind VoG to get to 30, or that pre-dlc you couldn't buy spirit bloom and other upgrade materials, you had to farm the 200+ you needed to level. Once a Christmas Noob, always a Christmas Noob :D

Go to the planets and run routs for hours to get mats. And the raid, complete 5 normal then 5 hard (across all characters is fine) then pass up on a weapon from Xur, then cuss yourself for doing it. The good ole days, and I was around for the loot cave, just really didn't know about it till the day before they shut it down, same as the Atheon push.
