Is it after their first raid?
Just to clarify I have had this game since release(a few weeks after) so I am not a Christmas noob.

Never, it seems. "Christmas Noob" got so blown out of proportion, we're going to hear it until next Christmas. Its been over a month since Christmas Noobs got the game, they've had plenty of time to adjust.
