when is a christmas noob no longer a Christmas noob?
Is it after their first raid?
Just to clarify I have had this game since release(a few weeks after) so I am not a Christmas noob.

I think once you feel confident to lead a team through the raids you can lose your noob title.

I would say when you can play through the first raid without anyone explaining a thing to you and go through without splurting out that you saw someone do it this way as everyone that isn't a xmas noob and did the raid before xmas knows the way it needs to be done

1 ReplyI think the x-mas noob title will last until next x-mas. ;p JK. Once u stop wanting to play Destiny and are frustrated beyond all belief yet still pick up that controller and still play then u r no longer a noob.

When u have a weapon stock that is useful for the raids. Ie raid weapons. weapons of each element

2 Replies-When they stop asking "Am I still a Christmas noob, guys?" -When others are no longer painfully aware of their presence in a raid. "Guardian down. Guardian down. Guardian down. Guardian down. Guardian down. Guardian down." -Level 32. Yes that means leveling the gear with shards not just owning the gear. VOG gear will suffice if they lack the DLC. -When they're no longer perplexed by Xur's change of location. -When it does not take them 5min for them to start the appropriate mission. "Oh I'm leader?" I'll think of more later.
