Is that why that perk does?? I've seen it on a couple guns and was always curious as to what it actually did. Glad to know.. I'm definitely gonna be taking advantage of that now

I have an uncommon scout rifle that does it. Pretty useful if you are pinned down not wanting to risk a run for ammo accross the arena, not a hunter, or if you are just lazy :)
