Golly...It'd be amazing to work at Bungie as a Raid Designer. But all I have here are ideas, and anyone can come up with ideas. I'm sure they're looking for people with technical experience with actual game making. All I am right now is just a lowly Math major with a minor in astronomy who loves Destiny :)
