Not really new. I farm that entire area all the time. There are up to 5 major fallen in that area.

This. I just posted above...been doing this since October but a slightly more efficient way...instead of standing in thst spot just run counter clock wise to all the spots where enemies are and make way back and go again. So much more efficient and fun. Just pop ether and polyphage before doing it.
