Thx for some reason I thought it was Naomi cause she appears from nowhere and red team and gray teams where the only Spartans That didn't participate in the battle of reach I think

Initially, a compelling theory created by Toa_Freak is that Naomi was a member of Black Team. However, that is not true. As for the prepping for Operation: RED FLAG at Reach, Halsey actually didn't tell the truth about all the Spartan-IIs being at Reach. She notes this in her journal.
