lol.. 9/10 not even close.. its maybe 5/10 if even that much. half to so called pro's are not that great really when taken out of their element in how they play, which means they are not the great to begin with. knowing the maps better does not make you a better player always, knowing the game mechanics better does not make you a better player always. w/l ranking is flawed for it too can be manipulated for a player to play against what they want.
