The unbalanced part comes from the different classes/weapons/unranked/armor all crammed into one match.

Not necessarily, all classes are available that is true, but RNG decides who gets what gear and weapons.

No but a bunch of hawkmoons will make a team full of thorns or tlw look like poo.

Idk I play on Xbox, the only gun I know of that was truly op was the Vex pre Nerf.
