Back in my WoW raiding days, the guild I was in had a raiding schedule. This made it easier to coordinate and plan raids. Also, guild members knew when to be online in order to participate.
If there are more than 6 interested, we could always create raid groups, i.e., Group A, Group B, etc. Each raid group would be lead by a clan member who is familiar with the strategy of the raid.
Example of raid schedule:
VOG
Tuesday and Thursday 8-10pm EST
CROTA
Wednsday and Sunday 8-10pm EST
Again, this is just an example.
Is a raid schedule a practical option for our clan? What do you think?

That's a real cool way too do it. I like the idea, I too work long 60 hour work weeks, but I do fight to get some playtime in daily, even thinking of leaving my girl actually. Any one who hates me playing a video game inside, as opposed to being at a bar is clearly stupid. lol. I do agree that a set schedule will be better, and let's ppl know in advance, when the clan will be putting in work, so they can participate. I think knowing schedules of school and jobs would help, that way ppl can be better grouped. Those who have mornings off, can then do morning raids, bounties etc. Those who are off midday do midday participation, and the same for us with late nights off.
