According to Wikipedia: In video games, an exploit (colloquially sploit) is the use of a bug or glitches, game system, rates, hit boxes, or speed, etc. by a player to their advantage in a manner not intended by the game's designers. The claimed "exploit" here is the ridiculous generation of orbs, in which it provides a fire team with essentially infinite supers. However, this strategy is technically not an exploit, as their supers did what they were intended to do, which was to generate orbs. It was just the case that they were generating more orbs than consumed. While I agree that this might need to be fixed some way, it is detrimental to patch the orb spawning rates in the Crucible just because a pro team managed to coordinate themselves to do this. As for how does one fix this, I do not know. Also, I do appreciate a civil argument (in which you kindly graced me with, unlike the certain trolls of these forums), so if you disagree, feel free to back yourself up with valid evidence. However, I will not consider replying should an ad hominem be made. Also, I find your analogy rather weak. It could be a better analogy if you said,
"If you were at an ATM and it started shooting out tons of money after my corporation made multiple investments in a buisness.. Would you take it??"
• Using the rate at which the orbs are being spawned is the exploit and the games designers most definitely did not intend this to be how control was played.. They will fix this by lowering the amount of orbs spawned by the bubble so that you cannot get your super back instantly.. And also wiki is not a credible source

 • So they will put titans at a disadvantage while letting the other classes still produce the same amount of orbs? How does that make sense

 • Exploitation can mean many things. I simply chose Wikipedia to access a common definition for exploitation when used in a gaming environment. If you can find a database that records all gamer lingo officially, please tell me, as I cannot find it. Generating orbs for your team to use your super is well within how the game designers intended the game to be played. That is the purpose of the orbs. I do not know if spawning supers every few seconds is within their expectations, but if they nerf the defender's orb spawn rate things will get hectic. The Crucible will no longer be fair for defenders and for those who benefit from it just because of this strategy. Getting your super back instantly is also within the limits of this game, as evidenced by the Obsidian mind and by the normal collection of orbs from the supers of teammates. If your intention to fix this strategy unbalances the entire game, then there is a better way to fix this.
