I only have one and the upgrades look great for PvE (and the added damage as well) but I'm not sure how much the slower rate of fire will affect my PvP gameplay. A little feedback please, thanks guardians.

I much prefer the low ROF/high Impact style of guns so this was a no-brainer for me. But if you prefer a bullet-hose style of gun then don't.

Do it.

I'm not much of a PvP player anymore(to much lag) but I did some yesterday and considering the lag I still did OK. Got first on the losing team with 18 kills and a 1.38 k/d I think. All while using a suros that isn't fully upgraded. The slower ROF makes it almost like a fully auto scout rifle, easy headshots with a lot of impact and range. I was killed mostly by supers and grenades, the only gun that could kill me before I killed him was a thorn and that's only because the DoT got me.

If u play crucible mostly then NO. If u don't then absolutely. Many of us Suros guys have 2. One upgraded for PVE and Iron Banner and a non leveled one for crucible (non leveled one we don't upgrade past first scope upgrade)

Yes! The slower rate of fire isn't a big deal.

It's the same damage per second with that upgrade it just comes in less bullets.
