Why MERCURY isn't in the Game
Guys,
Mercury can't be in the game because it's the hottest planet in the solar system. It basically touches the Sun's CMEs and we would all be dead immediately due to radiation and heat. Why do people want to go to a molten rock and fight the vex? These things blow my mind.
Why do people keep saying VENUS is hotter than Mercury? You guys need to learn the order of the planets.

13 RepliesFirst of, Venus is the hottest, and yes I can explain why: The Greenhouse Effect. Basically, Venus has a fuc-, erm, a substantial amount of CO2 gas which interferes with the atmospheres ability to filter rays from the sun. Keep in mind. It could. The surface of Venus is made of near liquid rock. This "Golden Age" terraform ex the entire planet to be a livable biosphere. Mercury's role in the game might be similar. And Jupiter is where Xûr hails from, lest you all forget. I don't think it would be much of an issue for mercury to have a role in DLC.

Mercury is in the Crucible rotation. Also, Vex tech could make the atmosphere habitable/survivable. Also space magic. Invalid argument is invalid.

5 RepliesVenus IS hotter. It has a layer of carbon dioxide that traps in all heat. It has an average temperature of over 800 degrees. And guardians are able to be on it no problem. Mercury could be in the game.
