I'm not sure about it falling from the sky due to indoor maps. The idea is badass though. Maybe specialized cluster bombs that basically your arc star idea but it tracks down enemies in the same way that an axion bolt would

They're a variant from the actual rocket itself, like cluster bombs but instead of just falling on the ground they create a cloud above enemies. These rockets would be for enemies that fly like Omnigul that way your damage doesn't just go to waste falling on the ground.

I see what you mean. So it's basically a variant of a cluster bomb. Maybe give it a proximity explosion to insure that it won't miss.
