You're lying.
Destinytracker says you did 1 Crota's End on NM and no VoG Hard.
It also says none of your characters have ever gotten Red Death.
So by that fact.... You didn't get the following items you've claimed
Red Death, Mida Multi Tool, Fatebringer, Mythoclast.
Also didn't get one of the following: Dragons Breath/Gjallahorn/NLB.
Edit: I just read your edit. None of your characters has touched PlanC and you also haven't done a VoG in 6 days so we can add Plan C to that list.
Edit2: Some people are denying that Destinytracker is accurate. What about Bungie themselves?
