The Word of Crota as a weapon itself is pretty amazing. It's a great hand cannon, but there's on extremely annoying issue that comes up. It has the same issues that Black Hammer had! The Phantom Gift is useless against Hive Majors because of the extra non-precision damage it does, so the perk doesn't actually work against anything that is a Hallowed Hive enemy, for example a Hallowed Knight. The explosive rounds perk does the same, so the Phantom Gift doesn't take effect, so we're basically restricted to only two perks of the three perk tree on the weapon. Could Bungie please take this issue into account as you have done to Black Hammer and either replace Phantom Gift entirely or at least tell us you're working on it like you did the Black Hammer? Note: If you have The Word of Crota as well and dislike the fact that the perks contradict each other, bump and like this so Bungie could see it! Thanks!
