The community got tired of scum and trolls attacking every positive thing we had to say, so some stopped, some left, and some took to the battlefield.

a lot of it is "The flood" a bunch of little girls who post in offtopic and get their panties in a bunch really easy. They couldn't handle sharing the website so they turned to childish stunts.
