Is Far Cry 4 any good?

I've been thinking about picking up another game and since Far Cry 4 is on sale.... I'm a fan of shooters and open world rpg/MMOs. I've not played the other far cry games but this looks interesting. Thoughts?

Far cry 4 is just like far cry 3 except far cry 3 has way more gameplay hours and many more badass missions
