It seems to do absolutely nothing, seriously, I notice no difference at all when it's equipped and I jump. I must be doing something wrong... can someone explain it to me. This is a serious question, I haven't used my Titan all that long so I'm just not certain how this is suppose to work.

Titan's are the fastest sprinters with catapult. I'm not even joking. When you're sprinting along keep smashing the jump button as fast as you can. Leave everyone in your dust. Try it at the start of a game when everyone usually sprints off simultaneously, you cover some seriously horizontal distance. As for when I actually want to use lift for jumping then I go with increased height.

Once you jump, mash the jump button while you're in the air and do it repeatedly every time you touch the ground, you sprint 3x faster and you can achieve this kind of speed with any strafing direction. Allowing you to travel maps faster and dodge things quicker.

I think Higher Jump is better in PvE or in any open space. Indoor or in PvP, Catapult or Higher Jump are both fine, depending on your preference.

Edited by scuzzgolem: 2/4/2015 11:34:50 PMBoosts your initial jump momentum. Best titan PvP jump by a mile. Some ass hole in a window above you? Jet pack up there super fast and blast him. Some guy launching a nova bomb? That's cool. Leap back way more quickly than you would with other slow ass jumps and dodge it. Some loser trying to blink\shotty you? All good. Jump forwards or backwards and blast him in the face. It's also way more useful than the other jumps because you don't float slowly in the air with a sign on you that basically says "shoot me." it does take some getting used to though and you will probably start off missing a lot of jumps you can easily make with the other jumps equipped but once you get used to it, it's the best hands down in terms of mobility.

I use it in PvP since the other jumps can arent usefull indoors or to just get on a ledge or in a window. I'd trade it for blink tho..

Not worth it to me. First perk gives more height, second gives less height but more control, and third gives a minor jet boost... though w less true height, in the end. I use second mostly, and first for times I need to reach a higher spot (like from second lamp to the ledge).

Catapult makes you go faster (not sure - >) it makes you lose some distance. Hope I helped

If you are sprinting, jump, and activate you jet pack, there is a slight increase to the speed at which you launch. This is very slight, and only noticeable half of the time. After the initial launch however, you return to the slow climb of the titan. It is not worth what you give up in the height gained from the first perk. Catapult is fun to try in Crucible once in a while if you are running around with a shotgun, but that's about it. Hope this helps a little.
