Mercury is closer and should be warmer but it has no atmosphere. Venus has a thick atmosphere and traps in heat. Unlike on destiny in real life venus is a burning planet with volcanos covering the surface. It is the hottest planet and is basically hell (apart from the fact that due to carbon pressurisation it rains diamonds) But I still want it in destiny
