I personally have the tfwpky and its a decent handcannon but Vanquisher is a lot better as for the scout rifle (can't spell it lol) my friend has it and from what I've heard and seen it's one of the best scout rifles after tdb but the decision is up to you, I would personally take the Vanquisher.
