So you'd rather them hold out the empty zones with no mobs, no mechanics, nothing, so we have a bigger download for no reason?
Do you think each individual team at Bungie finished at the same time? Landscapes were complete at the same time as weapon balancing?
No, terrains get finished relatively early on. Then instead of either firing the entire team or paying them to do nothing they start working on the next areas. People like you are the worst kind of toxic forum user, absolutely ignorant, completely entitled and angry about absolutely nothing.

It's hilarious that for each reply you two give to one another your vocabulary and grammar increases in "complexity" so to speak. It seems this is not an argument about who's right or wrong but rather it's about who is more intelligent. So really this is all about your egos and less about the game. The irony is that both your arguments are based on your own strongly held opinions that obviously will not change. Essentially this is a stalemate and yet you two keep going back and forth. So basically while trying to prove to each other (and arguably to the rest of the Bungie.net community) which one of you is the most intelligent, you are actually proving your lack of intelligence.

That's not how it works. Different teams work on different things. Saying "well the DLC team should have been working on the main game instead" is stupid. You don't get to decide how a company manages it's time and resources. When a game is nearly finished and all final content is finalized and ready to be bug tested, some teams begin work on DLC. This is how the industry works and there's nothing wrong with it. A few empty areas in the game files is not "locked on disc content!,,"

Discover what? You find a full completed raid in game, then I'll believe that they held out. All you have is terrain which is there to streamline development in the future. If they waited until everyone was ready at the same time then you'd have ONLY the terrain/landscape teams working. You can't add enemies or balance content that has nowhere to go. Do you think waves of enemies in a strike are an arbitrary number? No, everything down to the number and type of enemies is calculated for difficulty. If you don't know what a huge room looks like or what hallways and doors it has you can't even begin to do that. This super secret locked away conspiracy content is normal and there so we get content FASTER, not to keep it from us!

Then don't buy it. If you go to see a movie and don't like it do you demand your money back? If you buy groceries and don't like how they taste do you return it? They have a free demo on now, they had open beta. You had your chance to form a decision. Read a review now and then. They're rarely accurate but if you find it so hard to form your own opinions they may help.
