Thing that sucks about vendor are the perks. I got a TFWPKY and Saterienne Rapier from engram drops from running tons of ROCs. The perks were great for both. The hand cannon has spray and play, Explosive rounds and Mulligan. The scout has Explosive rounds, who's next and range finder.......much better perks then the vendors give....maybe spam run ROC strikes until you get a random if you want to be patient......
