all I see are a couple empty areas with nothing in them. Not hard to imagine they created these areas with no idea what they would end up putting in them at a future date. Also those shots of the mission titles scream placeholder. The level requirements are insanely low for new missions and all of them have a generic name. What you are showing looks far from finished that is just my opinion. If you could glitch into these areas and there were level 34 enemies that dropped 40 light raid gear and 350 damage weapons I would be pissed but it looks like right now the lights are on and nobody is home.
