The war for your dollar? How about make your own choices. Don't like something? Then don't buy it.
If you go to see a movie and don't like it do you demand your money back? If you buy groceries and don't like how they taste do you return it? They have a free demo on now, they had open beta. You had your chance to form a decision.
Read a review now and then. They're rarely accurate but if you find it so hard to form your own opinions they may help.
