You got a complete game. You also got EXTRA areas that were locked away because they weren't finished. I've been to the Kings watch area and it is far from finished. If there are enemies there maybe they are testing something to make sure it's ready for us when the dlc is dropped. You have no facts to support your theory. All you have is an opinion.
