It was always meant to be a rpg/shooter WoW+halo.....What did wow start with, did it have a ton of shit to do? No its about building up. you feel scammed b/c you didn't think it through....everyone knew this was meant to be about the long hall....and people who buy this after us will have quite a grand game....and we get to do it first. Btw maps being on the disc doesn't mean anything. ....maps take a ton of space but are relatively easy to design, in comparison to the game mechanics they come up with, so I'm glad bungie had the forethought to not fill my tiny hard drive with unnecessary stuff

Bro the guy who created the game has said what ur playing was not what bungie intended for over 8 years. When activisions came into the picture they changed the core values of the game upside down. The creator of the game up and quit. I love this game and have no problems with it. But if u think this is the game we where supposed to get when the new consoles where launching your sorely mistaken. Half of the old game clips they advertised are parts of the game we have yet to unlock. Think what us want. But do some research and u will see this game was almost cut in half by activision to make more money.

Assuming that you're right, what does this knowledge gain you? How does knowing that there are maps on the disc also make you privy to an accurate picture of Bungie's intent for placing them there? If Bungie wanted to keep their downloads smaller by putting empty maps on you disc instead, do they need your permission or maybe some sort of long-winded disclaimer that assumes that you'll patently and immediately violate every single end user agreement you agreed to and data mine their content on a hacked console? If "they got away with it", what do you intend to do to rectify the situation apart from complaining in a forum that you know "they" don't read? When a company makes a product, should they release that product after an extended survey of their customer base that determines the least offensive format in which to release the product? Apologies for dumping on you. I see these posts all the time and it blows my mind that no one ever seems to have considered any alternatives for what they've found. I think you just like to feel like a victim entitled to something free. I'm forced to admit though that it's a pretty successful strategy these days as long as you never think critically about what you're doing or let your ego take a backseat to logic and reason.

I am simply stating that all info in my posts points to the fact that this was originally meant to be released with the full game, but later was cut out to be sold as DLC for the sake of money. So instead of taking the time to make DLC pack, they cut content out of the original game, then called it DLC.

Yea the dude who created the game and spent ten years making it ups and quit as launch is on the brink. Just because he was feeling lazy. No it's because activisions vision of the game was so different. Who knows what went on behind close doors but I imagine it would have to take a real lot to get me off a project like that. And no he can't really talk about it or he can be jailed or fined into poverty. So think what yall want but in now way was any of these two dlc's not cut from the original release. It's so obvious

You know he could actually talk about it. It's not like Bungie is the US government and he is a spy thats giving out secret spy info. LOL. I am sure there are ways for us to find out what really happened. I would really love it if a gaming magazine could dig deep into this story, and find the answers. That would totally blow up Bungie tho, and then lots of people would lose their jobs. But then again many airlines have gone out of business before due to the negligence of the owners. So in capitalism this would be nothing new.
