What if its unfinished? Like the mission? I don't know why they would put it there if it wasn't for launch, but maybe it's still being worked on?

no its been finished . they decided to repackage it and sell it to u for an extra 20$ aka dlc . basically theyre making u pay for something u already paid for

Actually no it hasn't been finished. If you did some looking you would actually see a ton of glitches to the point where there area would be unplayable if it was released. Have you heard of placeholders?
