Destiny on both consoles?

I'm just curious as to how many, if any, dads out there play Destiny on both PS4 and Xbox One and weather it's working out for you all. I've been twirling around the idea of getting Destiny for the xbox one as well but not sure if it would be a smart thing to do.

  • I have Destiny on both PS4 and XB1. Picked it up on XB1 when PSN was down fairly early on, like a drug addict finding a new dealer. I find that splitting time between the two can be challenging, PS4 is my main with (2) 31's and like a level 10 but I have severely neglect my XB1 character which is only like a level 22 or 24. If you have are maxed on your PS4 with (3) 32's and don't want to delete and start a new character from scratch but want to start a new character (minus all your golden goodies) then another copy of the game is a good way to go. Another way to do it is just say day's x,y,z are PS4 days and a,b,c are XB1 and day N is rest/family day. I just typically play my XB1 when I only have a limited time to play for like an hour or so where I know I won't get to invested trying to rank up and get my white whale, the jellyhorn. TLDR: If you have good time management skills and don't mind starting over from square one, DO IT. If not don't waste your money.
