You people don't understand that those areas at release may have been bugged or glitched right?

This game is not what it was advertised as if you watched early gameplays. Activi$ion obviously had an influence on this game making us pay for content already on the disc.

And the fact designing areas is easier than most other parts of game design, so they'd have spare time to creat those areas.
