FINALLY!!!
I finally got my Revenant shader. Got my Hunter at rank 15, Titan at 14, and Warlock at 8 or 9. It was with my Titan that I just got it though. I've gotten 2 bittersteel shaders around 8-10 on two of my toons. This is the one I've been waiting for. Took forever but it's amazing. What rank did you get yours?
