Does Destiny need a proper support ticketing system?

Yes, of course!

No, I don't care if they ignore my problems

Not necessary, Destiny has no bugs only features

Question is in the title. I personally find it extremely frustrating that help "reports" disappear off the forum front-page within seconds, and then go unanswered.
