Hmmm I found the Street Fighter incident (naughty naughty lol) but couldnt find anything about GoW? EA did a similar thing with Mass Effects day 1 dlc too. Im still not at all convinced that these first DLCs were completed pre-launch though. Its all too... placeholder-ish...
