Actually it isn't in the game because apart from the Burning Shrine map for crucible, the planet has been 100% glassed by the vex and turned into a machine

Doesn't look glassed when you play it.

Then you obviously haven't looked out beyond the map. If you look in the direction of the sun on the edge of the map it's just a field of glass. Hence the name of the district

So, not 100% glassed then.

The point is there isn't enough of the planet left to have it be a playable environment at this point. But if someone has evidence that there's more area that isn't glassed I'd love to see it
