Not a burden at all. The system here is good. Quality healthcare. Its not perfect, but no system is... Wait times are exaggerated for propaganda purposes. You are never denied top quality care. If you have an emergency you are treated right away. Good doctors. Great nurses. I have a job. 2 kids. Own my house and my car. Burden doesn't even come close.
