You do contract work for them and they give you access to all the employees in the nation? Lol

My boss is the hiring manger for that region and I am able to get into his database anytime I need.

Let me clarify because you seem to be kind of dim, if you can access any employee information, other than yourself, through him, by voice, pen, or any type of confirmation of any information. It violates our contract and some federal laws.
