Yeah they do know what needs to be done. This game has turned out as intended. Big empty world that they can just continue to sell us dlc. Heck the game released with basically two dlc already finished. Bungie says they listen to the community but really they are just doing what they want and selling us what they already finished. I mean the dlc bent over all the players that had been playing trying to reach 30. [b]if[/b] they had actually thought it out after release and actually listened to the community instead of just rolling out cut from game content. I think people would be looking at bungie in a whole different light. And besides "trying to extend it longevity" is flat out inexcusable. From the makers of halo. A game carried by its pvp. They sure did create a lot of grindy cheap ways to increase playtime.
