You are missing the point, none of these nerfs were needed in PVE, none of them! The buff to pulse rifles is a good thing and is welcome but why once again for the love of God do we PVE only players get shafted to please the minority (oh and the Bungie deb team who are PVP'ers) This is plain stupidity
