Should've probably had a "like" in there. You could 1 shot hobgoblins in VOG hard from the ground floor while they were on sniper perches. This back when VOG hard was the cap and even predates the "omg we can push bosses!" So yeah. Default out of the box maxed 300 at 30 you could 1 hit sniper enemies at a sniper distance. Just a tad to much range to power ratio.
