Nope as special ammo is more than enough on the map and reduced still means rocking from start.... The only people who think this is a meaningful nerf are those who heavily use special weapons (FR's and shotties).....worried Bungie will realise how bad the special weapon abuse is in the PvP.... Special ammo should start at zero and maybe spawn twice as often as heavy at best....
