I use Bad Juju like crazy. Maybe they should have just looked at my gun stats and then they would have nerfed Pulse Rifles more? lol

I wouldn't say that but it's not fare for someone who really likes scout rifles to not be able to use them because a hand cannon can out damage and out range a scout rifle. If you want to excel with HC then be medium range.
