You are too low of a level to do the VoG properly, especially if it's your first time. Just because you can access it doesn't mean you're ready. The enemies start at 26 and are 28 by the end. Unless you can find a high level team to carry you, wait til you're at least 26-27 to save you and your team much frustration.
