He shouldn't be executed. He's not intended to be some loot pinata hanging from the Tower tree selling whatever we want. He's going to be disappointing sometimes. Maybe even frequently. The same way he also thrilled us to death when he sold IB. People need to get over their deluded expectations for Xur's inventory and simply buy from him what they like/need and move on.
