I do use them. Pacifically when there are mobs of low hp trash to shoot.

Yeah I run strikes using shotgun as much as I can. They work pretty well vs Majors as well. As long as there isn't some Lightswitch modifier up, they can be awesome.

Yeah, lightswitch can make them a bit harder to kill.
