Why aren't YOU using Shotguns in PVE?
Do share, why don't you use them? And I'd rather have more specific reason than "I don't like them" (which is a valid reason ofcourse), because I'm curious why don't you like them.

Hmmm, I kind of digress with them. I've only more recently been getting better with them! I couldn't figure out efficient ways to use them, initially. That is until I acquired this Two to the Morgue shotty (void damage)! Slowly but surely I'm getting better, I think shotty's just have a steep learning curve that most peeps can't seem to overcome!
