Lack of ammo for PvE. Seriously every time I pick up a special ammo drop it only gives me 4 shots! Personally I really enjoy my shotgun, but it runs out of ammo fast and then I'm not using it. Double the amount of ammo we pick up and can carry and I'll use my shotgun all day long.
