when is a christmas noob no longer a Christmas noob?
Is it after their first raid?
Just to clarify I have had this game since release(a few weeks after) so I am not a Christmas noob.

When they show considerable game knowledge and skill, and they can hold their own in endgame activities such as nightfalls, weeklies, and raids (including being an appropriate level to complete these activities, ie lvl 29-30+)
