I've got that gun once and completed that part a lot. I've heard the drop rate is 5% and in my experience that seems accurate.

Idk how to check how many times I've done oracles lol I know I have thirty something full completions, but it doesn't count checkpoints lol I've been raiding since the day you could and until recently hadn't even seen it drop. The last four or five times someone's gotten it
